All our attractions are open, but this may be subject to change in the days ahead, depending on the impact of the extreme heat being forecast. We will keep our website and social media up to date with any significant changes as we are reviewing the weather and forecast daily.
Given the Met Office has issued a red heat warning for Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 June, we are closing Longleat House on these days due to the historic nature of the building and its collection. If you have booked a house tour, you will be contacted in advance and offered the opportunity to move your visit or receive a refund.
We have free water refill stations around Longleat and shady areas in which to sit and also giving you cover when you walk around the estate. If you do not have air-conditioning in your vehicle, do consider our air-conditioned Safari Bus for your journey around the Safari Park.
We encourage all guests to stay hydrated, wear a hat and use suncream and we look forward to welcoming you.
