If you would like to move your booking to another date free of charge, please contact Guest Services on [email protected] or 01985 844400 by 1pm on Tuesday 16 September. After this time, you will be refunded automatically to the card you used to make the original payment within the next 10 working days. For more information click here. If you have booked a VIP experience, made a corporate booking or are a coach party organiser, we will contact you within the next two days.
We are currently planning to re-open on Tuesday 16 September; if that changes, we will update our website and social media.
