Unless stated otherwise, prices quoted are per person.

Full payment is required at time of booking. All major credit/debit cards accepted except Diners Club. Concessions and promotions do not apply unless specific to the VIP experience.

Refunds will not be available for cancellations or late arrival.

Unless stated otherwise, maximum of 6 people per tour.

The Animal Adventure VIP Tour is not available to children under 3 years of age.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years+) at all times.

Tours not recommended during pregnancy.
