Unless stated otherwise, prices quoted are per person.

Full payment is required at time of booking. All major credit/debit cards accepted except Diners Club. Concessions and promotions do not apply unless specific to the VIP experience.

Refunds will not be available for cancellations or late arrival.

Unless stated otherwise, maximum of 6 people per tour. For VIP Tours, you may be required to share with others if your booking is for less than 6 people.

Safari VIP Tours are not available to children under 6 years of age. The Animal Adventure VIP Tour is not available to children under 3 years of age.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years+) at all times.
