Help & instructions

  • Claim your Longleat ticket here by entering your valid Tesco ecode. You will find your code or codes on the e-mail confirmation sent to you by Tesco Clubcard Rewards.
  • One ecode is required per person per ticket. Please enter the ecode in the box above, submit it and then select your ticket and the date you wish to visit Longleat.
  • Your selected ticket will be added to the 'Order Summary' to the right.
  • DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ECODE? Simply repeat the process above for each code that you have. Your selected ticket(s) will be added each time to the ‘Order Summary’ to the right.
  • If you wish to pay for additional Longleat tickets at the same time, simply select the green ADD MORE TICKETS button in the ‘Order Summary’ to the right.
  • When you have finished entering your code(s) and purchasing any further tickets, simply select the red CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT button.
  • Once you have completed the checkout process you will be sent an e-mail confirming your booking (and any payment that has been paid) and a second email confirming your booking reference(s). PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL BE YOUR E-TICKET. Your ticket(s) is held in our systems, you will not be sent a paper ticket for your booking.
  • To secure tickets online you must book no later than midnight (GMT) on the day before your intended visit. Longleat will be unable to honour tickets purchased on the same day of visit.
