Longleat Safari & Adventure Park is a great day out for organisations like the guides, the scouts, schools or the WI. There are plenty of attractions and adventures to keep everybody smiling. We welcome groups of all sizes - the more the merrier - we’ve looked after groups of 4,500+!

Benefits of Booking as a Group

  • Generous discount on all ticket purchases for parties of 12+ paying people. Check group prices
  • FREE familiarisation pass! Once you’ve made your group booking, Longleat will give you ONE free familiarisation pass valid for two adult tickets. This gives you the chance to experience all that your group will experience and helps you plan your day. Please request your familiarisation pass at the time of booking.
  • Free organiser ticket per group booking! Collect on day of visit.
  • Free coach drivers ticket plus meal voucher per group booking. Collect on day of visit.

Facilities for Groups

  • Plenty of coach parking (100 spaces) within metres of the attractions. Coaches can stop outside Longleat House and drop off passengers before parking. Alternative parking arrangements may apply during special events.
  • French or German visitors? Ask when you book and we’ll conduct your tour of Longleat House in French or German. Pre-booking essential.
  • ONE complimentary Safari Park commentary CD per vehicle on arrival (subject to availability).
  • Plenty of toilets including accessible toilets throughout the attractions.
  • A wide variety of catering outlets throughout Longleat Safari & Adventure Park.
  • A range of shops for some serious retail therapy.

Educational and Youth Groups

Children need to be properly supervised throughout their visit to Longleat Safari & Adventure Park so we give you a number of free adult places according to the age of the children in your group:

  • 1 free adult to every 8 children in school groups
  • 1 free adult for every 12 paying children for other groups

Before the Day

On the Day

Tickets: The group leader needs to pick up your tickets.

  • For House only visits, collect tickets from the front desk of Longleat House.
  • For all other visits please collect your tickets from the Annual Pass Office.

Longleat Safari & Adventure Park is a popular attraction and there is occasionally a small delay in collecting tickets for groups booked in at a specific time. Your patience is very much appreciated.

Payment: Full payment must be made when you pick up your tickets. Longleat accepts all major credit cards except Diners Club. For repeat group visits and at the discretion of Longleat, invoices can be issued for group visits with strict payment terms of 30 days.

Emergency contact details: Please give the group leader’s or responsible person’s mobile number to Group Customer Services on arrival. The number should also be circulated to all team leaders/helpers so that contact can be made if needed or in case of emergency.

Educational Talks in Animal Adventure: If you have booked an educational talk in Animal Adventure please arrive at least 10 minutes before the time allocated. We cannot guarantee your talk will take place if you arrive late.


Terms & Conditions

  • Group rates apply to parties of 12+ paying people.
  • Group rates only apply to groups all booking the same package.
  • Group rates only apply to groups using their own transport. We apologise but the Safari Bus cannot be booked for groups visiting the Safari Park.
  • Group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Children under 14 yrs must be supervised at all times. A minimum of one adult must accompany every 12 children/students. Unaccompanied children/students will not be admitted to the attractions.
  • For safety reasons, we ask that one adult should post themselves in the tower in the Hedge Maze to supervise parties of children/students.
  • A minimum height for entry – 1.2m – operates on the Motion Simulators. A maximum height of 1.3m operates on the Tea Cup Ride. For health and safety reasons we do not allow babes-in-arms on the Tea Cup Ride. Toddlers/children must be 2 yrs+ to use this ride.
  • It is the responsibility of the group organiser to carry out a full risk assessment prior to making a group visit. Please request a familiarisation pass at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made on arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance with Group Customer Services.
  • Longleat reserves the right to close to the public, withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices and events or services without prior notice.
  • Longleat operates a strict no refund policy.
  • Longleat reserves the right to refuse entry.
