Longleat has experienced a somewhat rollercoaster year with downpours in July/August and beautifully warm weather in April and for the October half-term!
Despite this, we have had another great season so the HUGEST of thanks for all of you who came and visited us this year and we look forward to welcoming you again in 2008!
For anyone who didn’t manage to see the House this year (and even those who did), just a gentle reminder that Longleat House is open daily (excl Christmas Day).
The House is currently open from 11am to 3pm with tours on the hour every hour (Monday – Friday inclusive) and on the hour every half-hour (Saturdays and Sundays).
Longleat House is widely regarded as one of the best examples of high Elizabethan architecture in Britain and one of the most beautiful stately homes open to the public. Longleat offers only guided tours over the winter months so plan your visit now for a really intimate tour with one of our enthusiastic guides!
