Amur TigerLongleat has experienced a somewhat rollercoaster year with downpours in July/August and beautifully warm weather in April and for the October half-term!

Despite this, we have had another great season so the HUGEST of thanks for all of you who came and visited us this year and we look forward to welcoming you again in 2008!

Longleat House is still open!

For anyone who didn’t manage to see the House this year (and even those who did), just a gentle reminder that Longleat House is open daily (excl Christmas Day).

Longleat HouseThe House is currently open from 11am to 3pm with tours on the hour every hour (Monday – Friday inclusive) and on the hour every half-hour (Saturdays and Sundays).

Longleat House is widely regarded as one of the best examples of high Elizabethan architecture in Britain and one of the most beautiful stately homes open to the public. Longleat offers only guided tours over the winter months so plan your visit now for a really intimate tour with one of our enthusiastic guides!

Lady Bath’s Shop is open daily from 11am to 4pm until Monday 24 December 2007 inclusive.

Longleat Passport Tickets… the ideal Christmas present!

Don’t know what to buy a relative this year but they’re a Longleat fan?… well, here’s the solution… Passport Tickets 2008 are now on sale as Christmas presents!

For further details please telephone Scott Sims, Longleat Customer Services, on 01985 844328 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm). The last date for ordering of tickets for Christmas presents 2007 is Wednesday 19 December 2007.

It’s All Change with the Longleat E-newsletter 2008

Longleat is delighted to announce the launch of a new website for Spring 2008 and, in conjunction with this, changes to the e-newsletter set up.

Call to Action…
Longleat will continue to send out latest news, special offers and competitions by e-newsletter although this will now have its own section on the Longleat website homepage. The only information required for “sign up” is your contact name, home town/county and of course, your email address.

If you would like to continue to receive Longleat e-newsletters throughout the year then please click on the link below (please note that a new page will open). You will be required to enter your email address and home town/county to be included in the e-newsletter database.

To opt out of the Longleat e-newsletter then no action is required. The “old” database will be shut down on Thursday 31 January 2008 – your details will then be automatically deleted.
