Bookings can be made from mid-April onwards… remember to book well in advance as some trains get booked very quickly!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• No provisional bookings are taken, firm bookings only with payment
• Tickets can be sent, please include a stamped addressed envelope
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked train time. Note: trains leave on time and cannot wait for latecomers
• If a ride is missed, we will try and find an alternative if one is available (no guarantee)
• Santa Special Train tickets only give admission to the Railway Ride and Woodland Grotto
• The management reserves the right to alter times or cease operations in the event of adverse weather conditions. If the booking cannot be rearranged in such circumstances, then a full refund will be given
• Longleat reserves the right to close to the public, withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices and events or services without notice
