Longleat E-Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using the system, which will enable you to order and pay for your tickets now, and collect them on the day of your visit.

Please note the following information before booking:

  • To secure tickets online you must book no later than midnight (GMT) on the day before your intended visit. Longleat will be unable to honour tickets purchased on the same day of visit.
  • Child rates apply to children aged 3-14 years. Senior rates apply to visitors of 60yrs+.
  • A discount is available for all tickets purchased online. Other online discounts may be introduced at certain times of year and at Longleat’s discretion.
  • Fast Track Entry on Arrival is available with all tickets purchased on-line and Annual Pass holders.
  • Day Tickets purchased online are valid for the selected date only. Please click here if you would like to change the date of your visit. 
  • The Combo Ticket includes once-only entry into Longleat and Cheddar. The Longleat Day Ticket portion of the Combo will be valid for the selected date only. Please click here if you would like to change the date of your visit. The Cheddar Explorer Ticket portion of the Combo must be exchanged during the 2011 open season (daily excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). See www.cheddarcaves.co.uk for opening details.
  • The Annual Pass offers entry into the Longleat attractions for 12-months from the date of your first visit and subject to the Longleat opening dates/times.
  • The House & Grounds Ticket is valid for the selected date only. Please click here if you would like to change the date of your visit.
  • The Longleat E-Ticketing System applies to parties of 1-99 visitors.
  • Special rates apply to educational groups, youth groups such as cub scouts and brownies, Group Travel Organisers, Tour Operators etc. Please click here for Group prices or contact Group Customer Services on groups@longleat.co.uk for further information.
  • Longleat welcomes visitors with disabilities and special needs. Concessionary rates apply. Proof may be required (such as orange/blue badge) at the point of entry into Longleat to secure these rates.
  • Longleat operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online.
  • The Longleat E-Ticketing System cannot accept discount vouchers or promotions. Blue Peter badges, Tesco Clubcard vouchers and all other promotions/discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with tickets purchased online.
  • Online discounts may be introduced at certain times of year via special promotional codes. These will be at Longleat’s discretion. Longleat will withdraw any promotional codes if Longleat believes that they are abused in any way including promotion on auction sites such as ebay.
  • Possession of the E-Ticketing Booking Confirmation will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased.
  • Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.
  • Special events may occasionally necessitate restricted access or additional charges to Longleat.
  • Please note that soft top vehicles, motorbikes etc., are not permitted in the Safari Park.
  • Dogs and all other pets are not permitted into any of the attractions (not applicable to Service Dogs although restrictions do apply). Please see Accessibility for full information.
  • Longleat reserves the right to close to the public, withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices and events or services without notice.
  • Longleat reserves the right to request further identification at the point of entry.
  • Longleat reserves the right to refuse entry.
